Bespoke Door and Window Installation at a Historic Mill in Malvern, Worcestershire

Project Overview

For this installation, we supplied and fitted SMARTS Aluminium doors and windows in RAL 7016 anthracite grey, carefully chosen to complement the industrial heritage of the mill. The black handles and 1.2 U-value toughened double glazing provided a balance of aesthetic appeal, durability, and energy efficiency.

What We Installed:

• Two 3-panel bifolding doors – One sliding left, one sliding right (1960mm x 2100mm each)
• One single door with sidelights (3660mm x 2095mm)
• One large rear window – Available with the option of a single large toughened pane for a sleek, uninterrupted view (2785mm x 2120mm)

Each element was carefully selected to enhance the building’s thermal efficiency, security, and aesthetics. The low-threshold design ensures seamless indoor-outdoor access, while trickle ventilation on the bifolding doors promotes airflow without compromising insulation.
